BrandsOutreach reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice for future services.

2. Project Timelines

Project delivery timelines depend on the nature and scope of work.

Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, late content submission, or lack of client response may affect final delivery dates. BrandsOutreach will not be responsible for delays caused by client-side issues.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, necessary content, approvals, and timely communication required for project completion.

Any legal responsibility related to content, trademarks, copyright materials, or business claims provided by the client remains solely with the client.

4. Revisions

Revisions are provided according to the selected package.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may involve extra charges. Unlimited revisions are only applicable where specifically mentioned in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, strategies, and materials created by BrandsOutreach remain the property of BrandsOutreach until full payment is completed.

After full payment and final approval, ownership of approved deliverables may be transferred to the client unless third-party licenses apply.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy page.

Clients are advised to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any service.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, and external tools.

BrandsOutreach is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrandsOutreach shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Revenue loss
  • Indirect damages
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations
  • Social media account restrictions
  • Platform policy violations caused by external platforms

While we use best practices and proven strategies, no service can guarantee fixed business outcomes or guaranteed rankings.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled
  • The client engages in abusive behavior
  • Fraudulent activities are detected
  • The project violates legal or ethical guidelines
10. Changes to Terms

BrandsOutreach reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
