All payments made to BrandsOutreach are partially refundable, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Refund Timeline

If you wish to request a refund, you must send an email to our official support team at:

Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund process will be initiated within 48 hours.

The refunded amount will usually reflect in your original payment method or bank account within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your bank and payment provider.

Refund Terms and Conditions

1. Rights After Refund Claim

Once a refund is processed, the client will lose all rights to use the delivered designs, brand names, website assets, content, graphics, or any work created by BrandsOutreach for public, personal, commercial, or inspirational purposes.

Any use after refund approval will be considered a violation of our service agreement.

2. Refund Based on Package Value

The refund policy is applicable based on the total package price and not only on the amount already paid by the client.

For example, if a client has paid only 50% advance for a selected package and requests a  refund, they may not be eligible for any refund if the work already completed matches or exceeds the paid amount. In such cases, the project may be terminated without refund.

3. Additional Services and Extra Revisions

If the client requests additional services, extra designs, more revisions, extra pages, additional branding work, or services beyond the selected package, all pending payments must be cleared before proceeding.

Once additional services are approved and started, all refund policies related to the original project may become null and void.

4. Final Approval and Project Completion

Clients will not be eligible for any refund after final approval of the design, website, campaign setup, branding assets, or project completion.

Once the client approves the final work, refund eligibility automatically ends.

5. Work Already Started

If our team has already started working on your project and significant work has been completed within the first 1 to 2 business days, the client may not be eligible for a refund.

This includes strategy planning, design drafts, SEO setup, website structure, ad campaign preparation, or branding research.

6. Defective or Incomplete Delivery

BrandsOutreach may provide a refund if:

  • The delivered service is proven to be defective
  • The agreed service has not been delivered
  • The final output is significantly incomplete due to our fault
  • The project cannot be completed because of internal service limitations from our side

Such refund decisions will be reviewed fairly by our management team.

7. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registration
  • Hosting purchases
  • Paid advertising budget (Google Ads / Meta Ads spend)
  • Third-party software subscriptions
  • Premium plugins, themes, or licensed tools purchased for the client
  • Already approved branding or finalized creative work
